The company was founded in 1977 as a small family business, since the three Nikita brothers hold 100% of the company's shares. The facilities and administrative offices are located in Provatas, near the town of Serres. Aiming to penetrate the markets of developed countries, which rely more on electronic know-how as transportation technology evolves rapidly, the company adapted its production to the new technology of electronic equipment as part of the overall expansion plan.

The company is the only Greek company that manufactures products of this kind. Today the company has the first position in the Greek market and is the main supplier of car workshops. Even since 1981, the company has carried out and carries out exports to Asian and European countries and has been awarded by the central association of chambers of Greece in 1991 and by the INTERNATIONAL ASIA AWARDS TO 1989.

With regard to the quality of its products and services, the Company has implemented an ISO-9002 quality assurance system since 1994, which was renewed with ISO-9001 in 2007, and, in addition, all its production products have safety specifications in accordance with the harmonized European standard PREN 1494 and directive 89/395/EEC and the lifts are CE marked.
